On behalf of our employees, physicians and volunteers, I want to welcome you to Twin Cities Community Hospital’s website.  Our mission is to provide personalized quality care to every patient we serve.  Our vision is to be known for the people who provide our care.

Twin Cities has served the residents of north San Luis Obispo County and southern Monterey County since 1977.  Our Hospital has grown from 84 beds with just over 300 employees, to 122 beds, over 530 employees and over 200 physicians on staff, in the past five years alone.  Over 200 quality physicians serve as members of our Medical Staff.

We take pride in the quality care we provide.  Twin Cities ranks among the state’s top performing hospitals for multiple quality measures, and is recognized as a Center of Excellence for total joint replacement.

Twin Cities offers a broad array of inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and treatment services including emergency care, medical surgical care, critical care, orthopedic services, obstetrics, outpatient surgery, outpatient diagnostic services including a free-standing imaging center, outpatient maternity and prenatal services including diabetes and lactation counseling and community education for a broad array of medical conditions.
