Deb Moore Mecham is a PMI PMP certified project manager and has worked for Verizon implementing call center products for 12 years. She is co-chairing the executive committee of the American Heart Association’s, Start! Wine Country Heart Walk hosted by the Union Road Wine Trail and serves on the Board of Directors of Lifestyles Recovery Center. Deb has resided in Paso Robles for the past 25 years with her husband Frank. Together they have six children and nine grandchildren.

Shan Thomas, MD, FACOG   A local OB-GYN, Shan has been practicing in Templeton for 15 years. He graduated with honors from UC, Santa Barbara, and medical school at UC, Irvine. Over his tenure, Shan has served on numerous hospital committees and chaired the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Twin Cities. In addition to medicine, Shan enjoys triathlons, surfing, biking and spending time with his two sons.

Michael E. Manchak is the President and CEO of the Economic Vitality Corporation. Michael previously served as the project manager for Cal Poly's California Central Coast Research Partnership. In addition to Twin Cities, Michael serves on the board of the California Association for Local Economic Development and the Central Coast Software & Technology Association, the advisory council for Cal Poly's Orfalea College of Business, the Cuesta College Business Advisory Committee and the Rabobank Regional President Advisory Council, amongst others. Michael has a business degree from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.

The new board members will take the seats vacated by Shannon Berry, MD, Lynda Holt and Greig Welch, who have each served for the past four years.
